After fumbling around with trial and error in earlier years, I realised stripping back to basics and performing exercises well and getting stronger at them yielded the best results. Understanding your current training capabilities and working bloody hard works!

This really spurred my passion for helping others so they don't waste time and make the mistakes I did.

Nutrition Plan       £35

 

Nutrition is very person dependant. Lots of variables will calculate your calorie requirements for your goal. Then ensuring protein is sufficient and fuelling your body with carbohydrates and fats, not forgetting micronutrients.

Making sure the client is eating foods they enjoy and that suit their lifestyle is key to ensuring dietary adherence.

*Includes 1 Free Check-In after 1st week for fine tuning.

Training Program       £35

 

Exercise selection specific to individual client's physique goals. Volume and frequency set up to suit clients training experience and recovery capabilities.

I do favour a High Intensity, Low Volume, High Frequency Approach.

*Includes 1 Free Check-In after 1st rotation for fine tuning.

Monthly Coaching       £60/Month

 

This Includes the Training Program & Nutrition Plan as above.

As well as weekly Check-Ins & Adjustments to ensure progress is maximised.

Weight, Photos and measurements are monitored as well as energy levels, hunger, sleep, recovery and adherence.

Adjustments to Training, Cardio & Nutrition to really fine tune your individual needs.

*Includes access to Whatsapp Group.
