This ensures a record of the request so we can make sure we don’t miss it.
Please note that our terms require 28 days notice. 
We aren’t pedantic and will action requests as soon as we get them but if your request is within 10 days of the next billing cycle we can’t guarantee the payment won’t be taken and will not refund any payments that happen as a result.
